Our next Train With Natt fitness retreat is taking place in late 2017 at Tall John’s House, a stunning Georgian Manor House in Brecon, Wales.
Our boutique fitness retreats are designed to help you accomplish your goals of improved fitness in a realistic, ongoing and sustainable way. We always choose idyllic surroundings and contemporary venues that epitomise rural chic.
We strongly believe in the benefits of exercising in a natural environment and we deliver a balanced mix of training to:
- Reduce body fat
- Improve cardiovascular fitness
- Enhance strength and endurance
- Improve stability and flexibility
- Aid relaxation and spiritual awareness
Training will include a mixture of high intensity exercise such as boxing, kettlebells and circuits along with power stretch and yoga.
Our meals are all based around Mediterranean cuisine which includes locally sourced fruit and vegetables, fresh fish and seafood, organic local meats and pulses. We promote healthy, well balanced eating with the focus on nutrition for wellbeing. All dietary needs can be catered for.
